Masons Bend

Masons Bend is a riverside community being built along the banks of the Catawba River. The challenge here was to begin to sell the vision of the community while it was still a bulldozed swath of earth. To do that we started with a reimagining of the traditional groundbreaking. Instead of executives posing for pictures with hard hats and shovels we created a nature trail themed experience that reinforced the key attributes of a neighborhood surrounded by an abundance of natural amenities.

The fully integrated campaign of print ads, outdoor boards, social media, digital, collateral and targeted emails showcased the beauty and comfort of this remarkable new neighborhood and resulted in one of the strongest sales trajectories of any neighborhood for Crescent Communities to date.
